Chef Seth is doing a special feature menu for the month of July! This menu will feature various wild game proteins with delicious seasonal accompaniments.

Sweet corn boiled with a touch of sweet cream and char-grilled.

Watermelon – $3.00
Cubed seedless, juicy watermelon.

Firecracker Alligator – $10.00
Lightly breaded alligator, fried to crispy perfection and tossed in our Suite Chili Sauce for a fiery bite. Served with a micro salad topped with pineapple chutney.

A seared wild boar patty topped with bacon jam and pepperjack cheese on an artisan fried pretzel roll. A pheasant patty topped with Swiss cheese and a jalapeno and cranberry aioli on a slider roll.
