Coconut Shrimp Skewer – Crispy fried coconut shrimp with cracked pepper, grilled pineapple, and sweet chili fried cauliflower. Served with mango sauce.

Honey Mustard Chicken Skewer – Grilled chicken glazed with Suite Fire’s signature honey mustard, BBQ kielbasa, and mini peppers.

Seared Beef Skewer – Seared filet with garlic butter mushrooms and balsamic marinated onions. Served with a bleu cheese sauce.

Vegetable Skewer – Grilled and ranch marinated zucchini, mini peppers, mushrooms, and onions.
