Suite Fire Bar + Grille – Upscale Dining in a Relaxed Setting

Located inside the Holiday Inn & Suites Peoria at Grand Prairie, Suite Fire Bar + Grille offers a fresh, modern approach to casual dining. The space features a large bar, a welcoming atmosphere, and an outdoor patio with firepits and cozy seating. Inside, guests can catch the game on multiple flat-screen TVs.

The menu focuses on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. It includes seasonal favorites and offers vegetarian and gluten-free choices. New specials are added regularly to keep things exciting. In addition, Suite Fire hosts themed events each month that highlight the team’s creativity and commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience.

Meet Executive Chef Seth

Chef Seth discovered his passion for cooking early in life. He first learned from his father in Wisconsin, preparing wild game and fish from local lakes and woods. By the age of 16, he was already working in a restaurant kitchen.

Soon after, he joined a new casino project, where he trained under a mentor and quickly advanced. That experience launched his culinary career. He later became Chef at Farradays Steak House in Bettendorf, Iowa. There, he began competing in cooking contests and even created his now-famous Fried Strawberries.

Over the years, Chef Seth has worked in several states, including Florida, Colorado, and Wisconsin. He was even a Team Chef for the Green Bay Packers. In 2008, he brought his skills to the Par-A-Dice Hotel in Central Illinois. Then, in 2016, he joined Suite Fire as Executive Chef before the restaurant officially opened.

Today, his creativity, experience, and signature dishes help make Suite Fire Bar + Grille a standout dining spot in Peoria.
