Sweet corn boiled with a touch of sweet cream and char-grilled.

Cubed seedless, juicy watermelon.
Firecracker Alligator – $10.00
Lightly breaded alligator, fried to crispy perfection and tossed in our Suite Chili Sauce for a fiery bite. Served with a micro salad topped with pineapple chutney.
Wild Slider Trio – $15.00
A seared wild boar patty topped with bacon jam and pepperjack cheese on an artisan fried pretzel roll. A pheasant patty topped with Swiss cheese and a jalapeno and cranberry aioli on a slider roll. Blackened Bison patty melt topped with balsamic glazed onions on a slider roll. Served with your choice of one side.
Wild Sausage Trio – $14.00
Elk meat sausage mixed with port wine and paired with marinated chopped apples and pears, and candied bacon. Orange marmalade infused duck sausage paired with sweet chili pineapple. White wine braised wild rabbit sausage topped with a balsamic drizzle. Served with your choice of one side.
S’Mores Delight – $12.00
Peanut butter cups topped with toasted caramelized marshmallows and served with graham crackers to scoop.
